  is modeled for the Fender Jazz Bass style guitars with single coil pickups two magnet per string non staggered   .187 Alnico 5 magnets oriented N- (neck) S- (bridge) and calibrated for strength
  These pickups are overwound progressively 6.67% to bridge for balance
  They are reverse wound and will hum cancel with both volumes maxed 
  High quality vulcanized fiber flatwork  gray .093  top and bottoms

  Jazz Basses are notorious for varying size of pickups. These measure 3-5/8 x 3/4 and 3-3/4 x 3/4 with covers on check your sizes to see if modification is required.

  The sandcast alnico 5 magnets were sealed before winding in my own resin formula to prevent magnet to wire failure
  Wound with a beautiful bright red modern poly AWG42 wire and potted in paraffin/bees wax to silence microphonics.
  Vintage black/white cloth wiring about 12" long for the most demanding hookups. Black covers with nickel screws.
  Changing to these pickups from a previous install you should also change the height adjustment foam which non adhesive foam is provided
  
  
• Place some flat wound strings and get the warm low end and mid range punch the Jazz models are known for or put some round wounds on for some modern slap.
  
  They will shine in Psychedelic Blues, Blues Rock, Rock, Jazz, Country any genre you want to put them through
